DESCRIPTION

● Each motor go through a rigorous quality control, high-performance and long-life, operation smoothly.


◎ High effeciency FORJET Reducer (Gear Box) –

● With precision wear-resistance coefficient design, low resistance, strong and durable.

● Worm gear is using advanced aluminum bronze material with high hardness, wear resistance and toughness, after CNC machining then using hobbing machine processing to reach consistency between worm gear and gear shaft.

● Gear shaft use carbon steel material, first CNC machine processed and then heat-treated let worm gear and gear shaft reach the consistency of occlusal.

◎ HDPE Motor Cover -

● UV resistant, impact-resistance, anti-acid and alkalinity. Durable and no seeping.

◎ Plastic Bearing –

● Made of 100% new raw material, rubber by special design with good abrasion resistance can reduce the stainless steel shaft wear.

◎ Cast Iron Movable Joint –

● Can stand higher temperature, durable and not easily to deformed.

● Stainless steel material joint is available.

◎ Stainless Steel (SUS#304) Shaft and Frame –
